Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Brisbane Establishes Telephone Automatic Answering System

Since 2007 the amount of applicants of various circles from Queensland who come to the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Brisbane to apply visa, passport, certification and authentification has greatly increased. In order to provide higher quality consular service, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Brisbane has established the telephone automatic answering system to make convenience for the applicants to seek consultation.

If you dial the general land line 07 32106509, you will enter the system and can choose the different kinds of consular certificates which you prefer according to the computer sounds notice, then the operator will point out the application materials you should submit and relevant matters needing attention.

Besides that, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Brisbane has officially used the credit card machine (EPTPOS) for applicants' payment since August 27. You are welcome to pay by credit card and Westpac provides technical support on this business for us.
